Is the Reflective Flysheet waterproof?

Yes, the double sided reflective flysheets are waterproof.

What is the purpose of the reflective side of the flysheet?

All reflective flysheets are double sided. The reflective side should be used in sunny weather. The purpose of it is to reflect the light from the tent, keeping it cooler inside.

Can I use the reflective flysheet on any tent?

Each reflective flysheet is designed to fit a specific CRUA tent, so we recommend purchasing the compatible flysheet to the CRUA tent.

What is the Return Policy?

Is there a Warranty with the Cottage Reflective Flysheet?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. After use, remove all accessories before cleaning the product.
2. Gently brush off and shake out any sand and/or dried-on dirt. Keep sand/dirt out of the teeth of the zippers.
3. Spot-clean the product first, then COLD HAND WASH ONLY, if necessary.
4. FLAT OR LINE DRY the product completely, then close all doors, windows, and vents before storing it away.
5. Store the product in a dry/cool place, away from direct sunlight.

USE a soft towel or sponge to brush out and clean the product only.

USE a silicone-based water-repellency treatment as needed to maintain your product.

DO NOT use a brush or other hard/abrasive objects to clean the product.

DO NOT spray insecticides or bug repellent directly on the fabric. This may damage the water-repellent treatment.

DO NOT use soaps and detergents as they may damage your outer tent’s water repellency and fire resistance. USE water only. 

DO NOT bleach. DO NOT iron. DO NOT wring. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT dry clean.

AVOID placing heavy items directly on top of the packed product. 

KEEP AWAY from any heat sources. The outer tent is CPAI-84 fire resistant, but not fireproof. Heat will damage the product.
